IG Live can be pretty hit or miss. But what makes it miss? During quarantine, we watched a ton of our friends, families and colleagues take to Live and took notes on what did and didn’t work. There are some user-behaviors we saw we could streamline, but the actual user interface was an obstacle in itself too. We took time to design around the issue and were able to produce a fun IG Live show that was sharp and entertaining to watch.

Let’s Design Poetry: How to Make Visual Art From Poetry
Originally live-streamed 5th of August 2019, we took the text of a poem and went through the design and build process of turning poetry into a visual for Instagram. This was our first time live-streaming a Photoshop work session, so we’re still learning how best to present and record this type of content.
