Can an evil past be forgiven if they do enough good? Poet Meranie McGuire’s poem pulls from the biblical story of Paul, who at first hunted & persecuted Jesus’ followers but would later become one of the most prolific preachers of Christ. To deny what is deserved is injustice.
To grant what is not is grace.
And vice versa.
