Misprints Happen
All of our products are made to order, fresh off the print press. But sometimes, the robots get it wrong and your item doesn’t come out quite like the photos. So if your item is defective* in any way:
- Take a photo of the product
- Email us both the image and your order number
- We’ll forward your issue to our manufacturer
- IF they greenlight the exchange, we’ll let you know so you can exchange for the correct item.
*Defective in this case means the colors are off, or the print is misaligned, etc. This does NOT include:
- Accidental wrong purchases
- Ordering the wrong size
- Pretty much any user errors that the manufacturer can’t be blamed for
One day, when we can work with a manufacturer directly, we’ll be able to have a more robust return policy. But for now, this is what we can offer. We appreciate your support, and let us know if you have any questions.
